a quiet getaway with easy access

I found the hotel's location very convenient, a bus stop was super close, maybe 100 yards away. the bus ride into the city center took about 35 minutes, a nice way to see the area. i enjoyed that the hotel was on a college campus. It gave the place a lively atmosphere.
the pillows were too firm for my liking. i did miss having softer options in the room. it made it a little difficult to get comfortable during the night.

The team was very helpful and friendly. They provided directions and recommendations. mathew gave clear instructions on using the bus and tram services. he also suggested great local pubs.

i found no teabag provided in the room, despite having a kettle. i booked a room with a double bed, but i got a twin room instead. the receptionist said i was "upgraded", but it didn't feel that way.

The staff were nice, especially michael. He told us about different tour sites. the room was spacious and clean!!! the location is good for getting away from all the city commotion.
The room needed some maintenance. The shower had black mould around the tray.
